Organizator
1. Warsztaty Gospel z Kenem Burtonem zorganizowane są przez Salesmen Polska (Organizatora), z siedzibą w Bielsku-Białej 43-300, ul. Widok 33a.
2. -
3. Celem Warsztatów jest popularyzacja muzyki gospel wśród wszystkich grup wiekowych, jak również rozwój umiejętności wokalnych uczestników.
 
Warunki uczestnictwa w Warsztatach
4. Uczestnikiem Warsztatów może zostać każdy, bez względu na wiek lub płeć.
5. Osoby niepełnoletnie (poniżej 18 r.ż.) muszą dostarczyć zgodę rodziców lub opiekunów prawnych na udział w Warsztatach oraz Koncercie Finałowym, która będzie dostępna do pobrania na stronie internetowej Organizatora Warsztatów (www.Warsztatygospel.eu). Należy w/w zgodę dostarczyć Organizatorowi mailem równocześnie ze zgłoszeniem. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za przyprowadzenie osób niepełnoletnich oraz za ich powrót z Warsztatów oraz z Koncertu Finałowego.
6. Warunkiem rezerwacji miejsca na Warsztatach jest wysłanie formularza zgłoszenia poprzez stronę Organizatora (www.Warsztatygospel.eu), uiszczenie opłaty za Warsztaty oraz przesłanie formularza zgody.  Decyduje kolejność zgłoszeń.
7. Wysokość opłat za Warsztaty (nie obejmuje wyżywienia, noclegów, dojazdów i nie podlega zwrotowi): 80 zł/osobę
8. Całkowity koszt uczestnictwa w Warsztatach, jak również Koncercie Finałowym ponosi uczestnik Warsztatów (w tym koszty podróży, wyżywienia, noclegów).
9. Każdy uczestnik zobowiązany jest do wypełnienia Formularza Zgłoszeniowego na stronie www.Warsztatygospel.eu.  Nadawca Formularza Zgłoszeniowego staje się uczestnikiem po dokonaniu pełnej opłaty, przesłaniu wymaganego Formularza Zgody oraz potwierdzeniu zgłoszenia przez Organizatora.
10. Osoby poniżej 14 r.ż. mogą brać udział w Warsztatach wyłącznie z osobą pełnoletnią , która będzie sprawowała opiekę podczas Warsztatów oraz podczas Koncertu Finałowego.
11. Każdy uczestnik Warsztatów, rodzic, bądź opiekun prawny mają obowiązek zaakceptować regulamin Warsztatów poprzez podpisanie oświadczenia, znajdującego się na stronie internetowej organizatora Warsztatów.
12. W przypadku dużej ilości zgłoszeń, organizator poinformuje na stronie www.Warsztatygospel.eu o wyczerpaniu się liczby wolnych miejsc oraz będzie tworzył listę rezerwową. Osoba znajdująca się na liście rezerwowej będzie mogła wziąć udział w Warsztatach w przypadku pojawienia się dodatkowego wolnego miejsca, o czym zostanie poinformowana pocztą elektroniczną bądź telefonicznie.
13. Organizator ma prawo do zmiany programu Warsztatów.
14. W przypadku odwołania Warsztatów z przyczyn losowych, niezależnych od Organizatora, zostanie zwrócona uczestnikowi wpłacona opłata.
15. Organizator nie zapewnia uczestnikom ubezpieczenia podczas Warsztatów oraz Koncertu Finałowego - uczestnicy powinni ubezpieczyć się we własnym zakresie.
 
Organizacja Warsztatów i Koncertu Finałowego
16. Każdy z uczestników zobowiązany jest do:
      a. aktywnego uczestniczenia w Warsztatach oraz Koncercie Finałowym
      b. punktualnego stawiania się na wszystkie próby oraz Koncert
17. Zajęcia będą odbywały się według planu zamieszczonego na stronie internetowej Organizatora.
18. Częstotliwość prób oraz przerw może ulec zmianie z uwagi na charakter prowadzonych zajęć, o czym uczestnicy będą informowani na bieżąco (decyzję będzie podejmował prowadzący Warsztaty lub Organizator).
18a. W przypadku dużego zainteresowania widzów oglądnięciem Koncertu Finałowego, przekraczającego ilość dostępnych miejsc w Sali Koncertowej - Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do powtórzenia po przerwie Koncertu Finałowego, o czym będzie informował uczestników na bieżąco lub na stronie internetowej Organizatora.
19. Uczestnik zobowiązuje się do uczestnictwa w Warsztatach oraz Koncercie Finałowym (a w razie potrzeby w jego powtórzeniu) – niepojawienie się na Warsztatach czy koncercie Finałowym jest decyzją uczestnika. Z tego tytułu organizator nie zwraca opłaty, ani żadnych innych kosztów.
20. Filmowanie oraz fotografowanie podczas Warsztatów możliwe jest wyłącznie za zgodą Organizatora. Organizator nie wyraża zgody na rejestrację zajęć Warsztatowych (filmowanie, fotografowanie) oraz ich powielanie bez uprzedniej jego zgody.
20a. W trakcie Warsztatów i Koncertu Finałowego oraz w trakcie przerw między zajęciami - obowiązuje całkowity zakaz spożywania alkoholu (w tym piwa), środków odurzających oraz palenia papierosów tradycyjnych jak i elektronicznych.
21. Podczas Koncertu Finałowego obowiązuje strój galowy.
22. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do usunięcia z zajęć osób zakłócających spokój podczas Warsztatów, łamiących zasady współżycia społecznego, zachowujących się niestosownie lub będących pod wpływem alkoholu lub środków odurzających. 
 
Prawa do artystycznych wykonań oraz wizerunku:
23. Uczestnicy wyrażają zgodę na użycie swoich artystycznych wykonań i swojego wizerunku oraz przeniesienia nieodpłatnie na rzecz Organizatora prawa do artystycznych wykonań oraz wyrażają zgodę na bezpłatne rozpowszechnianie swojego  wizerunku, z prawem przenoszenia na osoby trzecie, w kraju i zagranicą, w następującym zakresie:
   a. utrwalenie Warsztatów i Koncertu Finałowego za pomocą zapisu obrazu i dźwięku w formie analogowej i cyfrowej;
   b. utrwalenie obrazów z Warsztatów i Koncertu Finałowego za pomocą fotografii cyfrowej i analogowej, a także nagrań audio i video i dystrybucję nagranego materiału;
   c. zwielokrotnienie utrwalonego artystycznego wykonania i obrazów, zawierających wizerunek uczestników za pomocą analogowego i cyfrowego zapisu;
   d. wprowadzenie do obrotu (we wszystkich możliwych formach) egzemplarzy, na których utrwalono artystyczne wykonanie lub wizerunek uczestników, w tym sprzedaży, użyczenia oraz najmu  egzemplarzy, na których artystyczne wykonanie utrwalono;
   e. rozpowszechniania wizerunku lub artystycznego wykonania w każdy inny możliwy sposób, w tym rejestracji, emisji lub transmisji
Koncertu Finałowego w mediach.
   f. umieszczenie zapisu wizerunku lub artystycznych wykonań na stronie internetowej Organizatora, trenera lub współorganizatorów;
   g. wykorzystanie artystycznego wykonania oraz wizerunku uczestników  do celów promocyjnych przez Organizatora, Współorganizatorów oraz trenera,
    h. publiczne odtworzenie artystycznego wykonania oraz wizerunku uczestników Warsztatów i Koncertu Finałowego;
    i. Wykorzystanie artystycznych wykonań lub dowolnych ich fragmentów oraz wizerunków w innym dziele, w szczególności w dziele
zależnym.
24. W związku z rozpoczęciem obowiązywania Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (RODO) uczestnicy wyrażają dobrowolnie zgodę na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych przez Organizatora. Dane osobowe są zbierane na zasadzie dobrowolności, jednak podanie danych zawartych w formularzu zgłoszeniowym jest warunkiem wzięcia udziału w Warsztatach. Inspektorem Ochrony Danych Osobowych celem umożliwienia Państwu kontaktu we wszystkich kwestiach związanych z przetwarzaniem Państwa danych osobowych oraz przysługujących Państwu praw jest: Tomasz Jesionek (kontakt wyłącznie przez e-mail: gospel.polska@gmail.com) , który będzie przetwarzać dane tylko i wyłącznie w celach zgodnych z prowadzoną działalnością, a w szczególności w związku z organizacją Warsztatów i Koncertu Finałowego.
25. Każdy uczestnik został poinformowany, że podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne.
 
Postanowienia końcowe
26. Każdy z uczestników Warsztatów zobowiązany jest do przestrzegania zasad BHP obowiązujących w obiekcie, w którym odbywają się Warsztaty oraz Koncert Finałowy.
27. Koszt szkód dokonanych przez uczestnika pokrywa uczestnik, rodzic uczestnika bądź opiekun prawny uczestnika Warsztatów.
28. Zgłoszenie jest równoznaczne z akceptacją niniejszego Regulaminu bez zastrzeżeń.
29. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do dokonania zmian Regulaminu, jednak nie mogą one umniejszać praw przyznanych uczestnikom.
30. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za rzeczy przyniesione lub pozostawione przez uczestników Warsztatów.

Organizer
1. Gospel workshops with Ken Burton is organized by Salesmen Polska (Organizer), with headquarters in Bielsko-Biała 43-300, ul. View 33a.
2. -
3. The aim of the Workshops is to popularize gospel music among all age groups, as well as to develop the vocal skills of the participants.
 
Conditions for participation in the Workshops
4. Everyone can participate in the Workshops, regardless of their age or gender.
5. Minors (under 18 years of age) must provide consent of their parents or legal guardians to participate in the Workshops and the Final Concert, which will be available for download on the website of the Workshop Organizer (www.warsztatygospel.eu). The above-mentioned consent should be provided to the Organizer by e-mail at the same time as the application. The Organizer is not responsible for bringing in minors and for their return from the Workshops and the Final Concert.
6. The condition of booking a place at the Workshop is sending a registration form via the Organizer's website (www.warsztatygospel.eu), paying the fee for the Workshops and sending the consent form. The order of applications decides.
7. The amount of fees for the Workshops (does not include food, accommodation, commuting and is not refundable): PLN 80 / person
8. The total cost of participation in the Workshops, as well as the Final Concert, shall be borne by the participant of the Workshops (including travel, meals and overnight stays).
9. Each participant is obliged to complete the Application Form at www.Warsztatygospel.eu. The sender of the Application Form becomes a participant after making the full payment, sending the required Consent Form and confirming the submission by the Organizer.
10. Persons under 14 years of age they can take part in the Workshops only with other adult Workshop Participant who will take care during the Workshops and during the Final Concert.
11. Each participant of the Workshops, a parent or a legal guardian is obliged to accept the Workshop regulations by signing a statement available on the website of the Organizer of the Workshops.
12. In case of a large number of applications, the Organizer will inform at www.warsztatygospel.eu about the limited number of vacancies and will create a reserve list. A person on the reserve list will be able to take part in the Workshops if there is an additional free space, and in such case will be informed by e-mail or by phone by Organizer.
13. The Organizer has the right to change the Workshop program.
14. If the Workshops are canceled due to third reasons, independent of the Organizer, the participant will be refunded the fee.
15. The Organizer does not provide participants with insurance during the Workshops and the Final Concert - participants should take out their own insurance.
 
Organization of Final Workshops and Concert
16. Each participant is obliged to:
      a. Active participation in the Workshops and the Final Concert
      b. punctual presence to all rehearsals and Concert
17. Classes will take place according to the plan posted on the Organizer's website.
18. The frequency of trials and breaks may change due to the nature of the activities conducted, which participants will be informed on a regular basis (the decision will be made by the workshop’ leader or the Organizer).
18a. If the audience is interested in watching the Final Concerto, exceeding the number of seats available in the Concert Hall - the Organizer reserves the right to repeat the Final Concert after the break, and will inform participants on an ongoing basis or on the Organizer's website.
19. The participant undertakes to participate in the Workshops and the Final Concert (and if necessary in its repetition) - not showing up at the Workshops or the Final Concert is the decision of the participant. For this reason, the Organizer does not pay a fee or any other costs.
20. Filming and photographing during the Workshops is possible only with the consent of the Organizer. The Organizer does not agree to the registration of Workshops (filming, photographing) and their reproduction without his prior consent.
20a. During the Final Workshops and Concert and during breaks between program - there is a strict ban on alcohol consumption (including beer), narcotics and smoking of both traditional and electronic cigarettes.
21. A gala dress is obligatory during the Final Concert.
22. The Organizer reserves the right to remove from the classes or concert people disturbing the peace during the program, breaking the rules included in these Conditions or of social coexistence, behaving improperly or under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.

Rights to artistic performances and image:
23. Participants consent to the use of their artistic performances and their image and to transfer the right to artistic performances free of charge to the Organizer and agree to the free distribution of their image, with the right to transfer to third parties, at home and abroad, in the following areas:
   a. consolidation of the Final Workshop and Concerto by means of video and audio recording in analogue and digital form;
   b. recording paintings from the Final Workshops and Concerto using digital and analogue photography as well as audio and video recordings and
       distribution of recorded material;
   c. the multiplication of fixed artistic performance and images containing the image of the participants using analogue and
       digital recording;
   d. placing on the market (in all possible forms) of copies on which the artistic performance or image was recorded
       participants, including sales, lending and rental of copies, on which the artistic performance has been fixed;
   e. the dissemination of an image or artistic performance in any other possible way, including registration, broadcast or transmission
       Final concert in the media.
   f. placing a record of the image or artistic performances on the website of the Organizer, trainer or co-Organizers;
   g. the use of artistic performance and the image of participants for promotional purposes by the Organizer, Co-Organizers
       and trainer,
    h. public reproduction of the artistic performance and the image of the participants of the Workshops and the Final Concert;
     i. The use of artistic performances or any of their fragments and images in another work, in particular in the work
        dependent.
24. In connection with the entry into force of Regulation of the European Parliament (EU) 2016/679 from 27 April 2016 about the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR) participants voluntarily agree to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer. Personal data is collected on a voluntary basis, however, providing data contained in the application form is a condition for participation in the Workshop. The Inspector of Personal Data Protection to enable you to contact us in all matters related to the processing of your personal data and your rights is: Tomasz Jesionek (contact only by e-mail: gospel.polska@gmail.com), who will process data only in objectives in line with the Organizer's activities carried out, in particular in connection with the organization of the Workshop and Final Concert.
25. Each participant was informed that providing personal data is voluntary.
 
Final Provisions
26. Each of the participants of the Workshops is obliged to observe the health and safety rules in force at the facility where the Workshops and the Final Concert are held.
27. The cost of damage done by the participant is covered by the participant, the participant's parent or the legal guardian of the Workshop participant.
28. Application means a full acceptance of these Conditions without objections.
29. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations, but they can not diminish the rights granted to participants.
30. The Organizer is not responsible for items brought or left by participants of the Workshops.
